Salmon and Kale Recipe
Step 1: Place 8 leaves of kale, torn into small pieces, into a large smartbowl.
Step 2: Place 6- to 8-onces of wild salmon on top of the kale.
Step 3: Squeeze lemon juice on top of the salmon and kale.
Step 4: Season the salmon and kale with salt and pepper.
