Chia seeds are the wellness bloggers’ favorite superfood. For a vegan version, skip the honey.

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of your favorite granola
  • 1 cup of fresh berries, diced small
  • ¼ cup Honey or maple syrup
Directions
  1. Place chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla extract in a large smartbowl™. Stir to combine. Place the lid on the smartbowl, seal the lid, and press the valve to release the air. Refrigerate covered for about 30 minutes, or until slightly jellied.
  2. To serve: remove smartbowl from the refrigerator. Set out four small smartbowls. Spoon in the chia pudding, then top with granola, fruit, and honey or maple syrup to taste.
