Dairy-free and vegan?  This one’s for you! A magical frozen treat buzzed up in a blender and frozen to perfection in your trusty smartbowl.

Ingredients
  • 4 bananas, ripe, frozen and cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 5.4 ounces coconut cream
Directions
  1. Place the frozen bananas, coconut cream, and  vanilla in a food processor or blender, pulse, then blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. It might get a little noisy, don’t worry!
  2. Scoop the banana mixture into your medium smartbowl™, push the lid down and press the valve to release air. Place your smartbowl in the freezer, or if you like soft-serve, enjoy your ice cream, immediately!
