One-bowl, gooey brownies studded with pistachios and cherries that come together in 5 minutes. Your new go-to brownie. 

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon of pistachios, shelled and toasted
  • 1 tablespoon of dried cherries, chopped and soaked in bourbon, rum or port wine to cover
Directions
  1. In a medium smartbowl™ combine the flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips and salt. Stir in the oil and milk until a smooth batter has formed. Fold in the pistachios and cherries.
  2. Cover your smartbowl, push down the lid to seal, and press the valve to release the air. Microwave for about 2 minutes. If the batter is not cooked through, continue to cook in 20 second intervals, or, until a cake tester or skewer comes out clean from the center of the brownie.
