Adding cardamom and cinnamon to coffee creates a subtle heat and complex flavor that is totally addicting.  A little of this frozen treat goes a long way.

Ingredients
  • 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup of heavy cream, cold, whipped into stiff peaks
Directions
  1. In your large smartbowl™, combine the condensed milk, instant coffee, vanilla extract and cinnamon until the coffee is dissolved. Fold in your whipped cream.
  2.  Press the lid down to seal, and press the valve to release the air.
  3. Place your smartbowl in the freezer for least 4 hours, or overnight.
