- 3/4 tablespoon popcorn
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- kosher salt
Place the corn and salt in your large smartbowl. Place the lid on the smartbowl, seal the lid, and press the valve to release the air. Microwave, about 1- 2 minutes, until the there is more than 10 seconds in between the popping of kernels.
Add the extra virgin olive oil, parmesan and a pinch of salt to the popcorn and shake.
