SMARTBOWL LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Cooking Miracle LLC, the Company, is confident that its products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and therefore warrants the Smartbowl to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The Company agrees, during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to replace the Smartbowl without charge (except for a fee for return postage and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect and proof of purchase and the date thereof as confirmed by the original dated sales receipt.

The foregoing warranty will not apply to any condition resulting from any use for which the Smartbowl is not intended or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty.

THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE ARE DISCLAIMED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO THE CUSTOMER IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE:
Any claim hereunder must be made by the customer in writing within the warranty period set forth above and shall be accompanied by delivery, with shipping charges prepaid, of the defective Smartbowl to the Company at 8871 SE Compass Island Way Jupiter. Fl 33458-1106 along with a copy of the original dated sales receipt. If the claim is justified, the Smartbowl will be repaired or replaced.

This limited warranty gives the customer specific legal rights, and the customer may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

The Company agrees that it will not share or disclose any personal information provided to the Company by the customer which can be identified to the customer or used to identify the customer, to any third party.
