- 1 pound ground turkey
- ¾ cup pear or apple, diced small
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons herbs or spices to taste, we love cumin and smoked paprika
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Serve with veggies your way, a green salad, or on whole grain buns. We like avocados, tomatoes, mayo, red onions and Dijon mustard on our burgers. Great for kids who want to cook for themselves.
