Soak peanuts overnight in a large smartbowl™, with water to cover, shaking once or twice to make sure all peanuts get soaked in water.
To make: drain the smartbowl™, discarding water. Return the peanuts to your smartbowl™, add spices and submerge in water one more. Press the valve to release air and microwave about 6 minutes. Add time in 2 minute intervals, if you prefer softer peanuts. Once done, let stand, covered, for about 5 minutes.
Serve in spiced water, or strain and serve- either way, make sure you enjoy this snack in one or two days.
